PicVanta Terms of Use
By downloading or using PicVanta, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
App license and acceptable use
Zorvixa Studio gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PicVanta for lawful photo editing and creative work. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its services, bypass purchase or rewarded-access controls, distribute malware, or use PicVanta to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
Your photos and creations
You keep ownership of photos and creations you lawfully own. You are responsible for having permission to edit, share, or publish content and for the consequences of your use. PicVanta does not claim ownership of your gallery photos.
Free rewarded access
PicVanta's free option may offer an optional rewarded ad before an export or another clearly identified feature. Completing one rewarded ad grants access to that feature category for 15 minutes. Availability depends on internet access, consent status, region, inventory, and Google ad services. Closing or not completing an ad does not grant the reward.
PicVanta Pro subscription
PicVanta Pro is optional. It removes PicVanta's rewarded-ad gates while the subscription is active. It does not remove ads outside PicVanta.
- Billing period: monthly.
- Renewal: automatically renews every month until canceled.
- Price: Google Play displays the binding localized price before purchase. The intended United States base price is US$5.00 per month; local currency, taxes, and regional pricing may differ.
- Charge: Google Play charges your selected Play payment method when you confirm and at each renewal.
- Cancellation: cancel in Google Play before the next renewal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period.
- Restore: use Restore purchase while signed into the Google Play account used to subscribe.
- Refunds: handled under Google Play's refund rules and applicable law.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play.
Subscription benefits or prices may change as permitted by Google Play and applicable law. Google Play will provide any notice or consent required for a price change.
Downloaded assets and third-party services
Optional assets may be downloaded from Zorvixa Studio's hosted catalog. Use them only as permitted by their included licenses and applicable law. PicVanta also relies on Google Play, Google Mobile Ads, Firebase Hosting, and operating system services, which are governed by their own terms and availability.
Updates, availability, and termination
Features may be updated, corrected, suspended, or discontinued. We may limit access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent fraud, or enforce these Terms. Deleting the app does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription.
Disclaimers and liability
PicVanta is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Keep backups of important originals and review an export before relying on it. Zorvixa Studio is not responsible for losses caused by unlawful use, unsupported devices, third-party outages, or failure to keep backups, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be published with a new effective date. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
